The Pan London HIV Prevention Programme (PLAHPP) is commissioned by Kensington and Chelsea PCT in London. The programme is delivered through a partnership of community based organisations managed by AHPN in collaboration with the Terrence Higgins Trust. The partnership is commissioned to deliver a series of Small media and health promotion outputs that aim to reduce the incidence of HIV infection within African communities in London.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The Pan London HIV prevention needs assessment includes an executive summary of recommendations, a work stream summary report, epidemiology report, evidence review and engagement review. Comments to the needs assessment documents can be sent to abigail.okunlola@ahpn.org.
